Instructions:

Start with your second piercing. Put the Ball Stud through your piercing and then attach the Circle Hoop Ear Jacket to it behind the lobe.
On your first piercing, put the other Ball stud through this piercing.
Position the Circle Hoop Ear Jacket between two studs to form the perfect smiley face.

Style Tips:

Attach the Circle Hoop Ear Jacket (or Pavé version) to your second piercing to get this look. Position the ear jacket so it sits between the first and second piercing to get the Smiley look :)
