I gifted it for my friend and loves them. The only comment I have is that the chain can be slightly longer. Her earlobes are thicker and had trouble styling them in front to behind her ears
I love the circle hoop jacket! I also have the floating solitaire ear jackets and emerald cut solitaire ear jacket. I love that I can combine more than one ear jacket if I want more sparkle!

I really like the style and overall quality of the earrings. However, I do have larger earlobes, and the circular hoop jacket is just a bit too small to peek out behind my earlobe as intended, which was actually the look that drew me to purchase them in the first place.
Additionally, I was excited about the half-hoop design because it was showcased as being versatile enough to flip upward, creating the illusion that the piercing is coming from the inner ear. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit that way on my ear, which limits the versatility and styling options that the design appears to offer.
It would be great if sizing options were available for these pieces, similar to how you offer medium and long chain lengths. Having different size options would make the designs more accessible for people with different ear shapes and sizes while preserving the intended aesthetic and versatility that make these pieces so appealing.

I wish they had a titanium option. My ears are extremely sensitive and so I found that I can only wear them (gold-vermeil) for short periods of time/special occasions. I absolutely love them and get compliments every time I wear them!

My ears are sensitive and I haven’t worn earings in years. I ordered the xo studs with the circle hoop jackets and the essential ear cuff in gold. I do everything with them. I almost never remove them, except when I wash my hair and take the time to clean them with the kit provided. The ear cuff is my favorite piece. And I am planning to order the solitary studs to have a more elegant option and complete the look with my helix piercing that I have used in 20 years.
They are very pretty however the circles are not big enough, they barely show from behind my ears. Size looks nothing like in the photos

Ear jackets can sit differently depending on your piercing placement, so they may show more or less from person to person. We do include measurements on the product page, but I know it can still be hard to tell exactly how they’ll look until you try them on. I’ve reached out directly to help with a return or exchange and to see if there are other pieces that may work better with the earrings you already have.
I really like it a lot! I didn’t think that I would. I usually do buy solid gold jewelry, but wanted to test it out to see the comfort in having a cuff before throwing down hundreds for the solid gold version of this, and it really works out well! And I’m glad I have it. I don’t think that they have too many but it would also be cool to have maybe one with like a double string dangling? Either way it’s very nice comfortable, you just have to make sure you only squeeze as much as feels comfortable on the ear, but I love that you can mix match up with anything like I can wear it with my hoops as well really nice. I’ll probably look to see if I want some more things. Thank you!

Such a cool design, I only have 1 lobe piercing and it’s perfect!
I built my own capsule and got the ball studs, stripe studs, small chain jacket and bar jacket and added the chain cuff. Quality is amazing and I love the pouch and organizer that it came with. I have super sensitive ears and have been wearing mine for a week now and have felt no discomfort.
Styling them is half the fun and looking forward to purchasing more styles!
