Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account.
We're a small team here at Jewels & Aces and pack your orders from our studio in Toronto, Canada. Our processing times to ship out your package is currently 2-5 business days due to high demand (thank you for the support!!!)
Standard shipping for Canadian orders are expected to be delivered between 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Standard Shipping for US orders are expected to be delivered between 4-10 business days after it has been shipped.
Express Shipping for Canada and US orders are expected to be delivered between 2-3 business days after it has been shipped.
For shipping addresses to Hawaii, Alaska and other remote locations, your order may take slightly longer.
These shipping times are estimates and delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, customs and unforeseen circumstances.
We offer 2-day Express Shipping, which you can select at checkout. It is expected to arrive 1-2 days after your order is packed and shipped out.
We prioritize packing express orders but it may take 1-2 business days to process before it ships out. Please note that if you are in a remote area, it may take an extra few business days to arrive.

Our jewelry is packed (with love) and ships directly from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Returns:
You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order. Email us at hello@jewelsandaces.com to initiate your return and we'll walk you through the simple process.
US & Canadian customers: To make it easier we will provide a prepaid label for your return. A return postage fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover these shipping costs.
Items for a return must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include the original packaging (including earring organizer, jewelry pouch, cleaning cloths and any gifts with purchase). Otherwise, the value of these will be deducted from the return.

We pack our jewelry ourselves in our studio and try to make sure your order is perfect when it goes out, but sometimes mistakes happen. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we're here to help fix it.

If you order contains a gift, please indicate at checkout which items are gifts otherwise we combine items into one pouch if it is not indicated. Please note we are unable to split up the pieces in Earring Capsule sets into separate boxes.
If you'd like to include a gift note, you can write it in the notes section at checkout. It will be handwritten exactly how it is entered, please make sure there are no errors and emojis are used.

Every piece purchased directly from our website comes with a one-year warranty from the purchase date.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and during this time, any jewelry with a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge. While this rarely happens, know that you're covered if it does.

The prices on our website are in US dollars.
While we’re based in Toronto, Canada, due to technology constraints we can only offer one currency to price our product on our website. We price in US dollars because most of our customers are located globally and in the United States so US dollars has been the preference for payment so far. We're a small company but as we continue to grow, creating an additional site that processes payments in Canadian dollars is on our list of initiatives.
We want you to receive your order quickly so we're pretty speedy over here. Please let us know of any cancellations or changes within a few hours of placing your order and we'll try our best to make the changes. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
We are a direct-to-consumer brand and cut out traditional retail mark-ups to make our premium jewelry as accessibly priced as possible. So the short answer is no we don’t have traditional sales, but we do offer $60 savings and bundle pricing on our Earring Capsule sets. We think you’ll love our earrings more with the versatility of a set and the costs we save from shipping multiple pieces together are passed on to you.
