United States:

• Standard (5-8 business days): Free standard shipping on all orders $120+, $10 for orders under $120.
• Express (1-2 business days): $25

Canada:

• Standard (2-5 business days): Free standard shipping on all orders $120+, $10 for orders under $120.

Australia:

• Standard (7-27 business days): Free standard shipping on all orders $200+, $20 for orders under $200.

Please Note:

• Shipping times above are estimates and delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, customs, courier volume and unforeseen circumstances.
• For shipping addresses to Hawaii, Alaska, remote locations and PO Boxes, your order may take longer. 
• Shipping timelines do not include processing times for your order. Our current processing time for Standard shipping is approximately 2-5 business days. For Express shipping, our current processing time is 1-2 business days. 
• The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and is non-refundable. 
• If you would like your order shipped faster, please send us an email at hello@jewelsandaces.com and we can provide various customized options for you.

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account.

Please reach out to us at hello@jewelsandaces.com and we can assist you in filing a lost package claim with the carrier. Kindly note that we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages after it has been delivered.

US customers: There are no additional duties or sales taxes added to your order and no additional charges upon delivery.

Canadian customers: There are no duties added to your order. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address at checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

Australia customers: There are no duties or sales taxes for orders under $1,000 AUD.

Our jewelry is packed (with love) and ships directly from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Returns and Exchanges:

You can make a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Email us at hello@jewelsandaces.com to initiate your return or exchange and we'll walk you through the simple process.

US & Canadian customers: 

To make it easier, we will provide a prepaid label for your return. A return postage fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover these shipping costs. 

Australian customers: 

We will send you a customs declaration to include with your shipping label for your return which includes important information for an international return. This is not a prepaid return label and you'll need to take it to Australia Post to purchase Standard International shipping with tracking. Returns made without trackable shipping and the customs declaration we've prepared will not be accepted. As a Canadian company, we're unable to prepay return postage, but there's no return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Items for a return must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging including earring organizer, jewelry pouch, cleaning cloths and any gifts with purchase). Otherwise, the value of these will be deducted from the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We pack our jewelry ourselves in our studio and try to make sure your order is perfect when it goes out, but sometimes mistakes happen. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we're here to help fix it.

Our jewelry comes in our luxe vegan suede storage pouch with custom Earring Capsule organizer as we want the unboxing experience to feel special whether you're gifting someone else or yourself.

To make it extra special, add our Jewelry Book Box that perfectly fits the jewelry pouch.

If you order contains a gift, please indicate at checkout which items are gifts otherwise we combine items into one pouch if it is not indicated. Please note we are unable to split up the pieces in Earring Capsule sets into separate boxes.

If you'd like to include a gift note, you can write it in the notes section at checkout. It will be handwritten exactly how it is entered, please make sure there are no errors and emojis are used.

Our jewelry comes in our luxe vegan suede storage pouch with custom Earring Capsule organizer. Invoice details are delivered electronically and are not included in the package. We can also personalize a note card for you or we can also leave it blank if you want to write it yourself. Just let us know in the order notes upon checkout.

Every piece purchased directly from our website comes with a one-year warranty from the purchase date.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and during this time, any jewelry with a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge. While this rarely happens, know that you're covered if it does.

We want you to receive your order quickly so we're pretty speedy over here. Please let us know of any cancellations or changes within a few hours of placing your order and we'll try our best to make the changes. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. 

We are a direct-to-consumer brand and cut out traditional retail mark-ups to make our premium jewelry as accessibly priced as possible. So the short answer is no we don’t have traditional sales, but we do offer $60 savings and bundle pricing on our Earring Capsule sets. We think you’ll love our earrings more with the versatility of a set and the costs we save from shipping multiple pieces together are passed on to you.
