Please Note:We do our best to get your orders delivered on time but please note that the above shipping services are estimated to arrive by December 24 but is not guaranteed. Due to the heavy volume of online orders, shipping delays may occur and we recommend ordering early this holiday season.


Holiday Return Date
Early holiday orders placed between November 6 - December 10 will have until January 10, 2024 to initiate and request a return. Please initiate a return by sending us an email at hello@jewelsandaces.com by this date. Besides the extended return date, all orders are subject to our regular return policy here. Orders placed on December 11 and after is eligible for our regular 30-day return policy here.

US and Canada:

Flat rate for orders under $120: 
$10 to US and Canada.

International:

UK:

Due to recent changes in UK taxes and duties, we have a minimum order of $200 to ship to the UK. We offer flat rate shipping of $30 for orders between $200 - $250.

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order through your account.

Orders will resume shipping week of Jan 2, 2024 so our small but mighty team can reset and recharge. Happy Holidays!

We're a small team here at Jewels & Aces and pack our orders from our Toronto, Ontario studio. Our processing times to ship out your package is usually 1-3 business days.

Canadian orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days after it has been shipped.

USA orders are expected to be delivered between 4-10 business days after it has been shipped.

International orders are expected to be delivered between 6-10 business days after it has been shipped.

These shipping times are estimates and delays may occur due to weather conditions, rural locations, customs and unforeseen circumstances. If you'd like your order to arrive within a guaranteed time, we offer upgraded shipping to DHL for US and International orders.

We offer upgraded shipping to DHL which is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days after your order is packed and processed (which takes 1-3 business days). Please note that if you are in a remote area, it may take an extra 1-2 business days. If you would like your order shipped faster, please send us an email at hello@jewelsandaces.com and we can provide various customized options for you.

Please reach out to us at hello@jewelsandaces.com and we can assist you in filing a lost package claim with the carrier. Kindly note that we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages after it has been delivered.

US customers: There are no additional duties or sales taxes added to your order and no additional charges upon delivery.

Canadian customers: There are no duties added to your order. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address at checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

International customers: You do not have to pay any Canadian sales taxes on your order but duties and customs fees may be payable on receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our jewelry is packed (with love) and ships directly from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Returns

Returns:

You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order. Email us at hello@jewelsandaces.com to initiate your return and we'll walk you through the simple process.

US & Canadian customers: We can provide a prepaid label for your return. A return postage fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover these shipping costs. 

Items for a return must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For International customers outside of Canada and USA:

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on international orders. All international sales outside Canada and the USA are final.

All returns must include the original packaging (including earring organizer, jewelry pouch, cleaning cloths and any gifts with purchase). Otherwise, the value of these will be deducted from the return.

Please note that gift packaging (including our Jewelry Book Box) is non-refundable.

We pack our jewelry ourselves in our studio and try to make sure your order is perfect when it goes out, but sometimes mistakes happen. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we're here to help fix it.

Yes we offer digital gift cards. It’s the perfect gift for someone to choose their own Earring Capsule. You can purchase it here.

Our jewelry comes in our luxe vegan suede storage pouch with custom Earring Capsule organizer as we want the unboxing experience to feel special whether you're gifting someone else or yourself.

To make it extra special, add our Jewelry Book Box that perfectly fits the jewelry pouch.

If you order contains a gift, please indicate at checkout which items are gifts otherwise we combine items into one pouch if it is not indicated. Please note we are unable to split up the pieces in Earring Capsule sets into separate boxes.

If you'd like to include a gift note, you can write it in the notes section at checkout. It will be handwritten exactly how it is entered, please make sure there are no errors and emojis are used.

Our jewelry comes in our luxe vegan suede storage pouch with custom Earring Capsule organizer. Invoice details are delivered electronically and are not included in the package. We can also personalize a note card for you or we can also leave it blank if you want to write it yourself. Just let us know in the order notes upon checkout.

We're a female-founded independent brand based out of Toronto, Canada. 

The prices on our website are in US dollars.

While we’re based in Toronto, Canada, due to technology constraints we can only offer one currency to price our product on our website. We price in US dollars because most of our customers are located globally and in the United States so US dollars has been the preference for payment so far. We're a small company but as we continue to grow, creating an additional site that processes payments in Canadian dollars is on our list of initiatives.

We want you to receive your order quickly so we're pretty speedy over here. Please let us know of any cancellations or changes within a few hours of placing your order and we'll try our best to make the changes. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. 

We are a direct-to-consumer brand and cut out traditional retail mark-ups to make our premium jewelry as accessibly priced as possible. So the short answer is no we don’t have traditional sales, but we do offer $60 savings and bundle pricing on our Earring Capsule sets. We think you’ll love our earrings more with the versatility of a set and the costs we save from shipping multiple pieces together are passed on to you.
