We believe in the craftsmanship, materials and designs of our jewelry and we're committed to their quality with a one year warranty. We're happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from manufacturing defects for this one year period. If items cannot be repaired, we will replace the item as long as stock is available.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse and misapplication. This warranty also does not cover the natural aging of the materials or wear and tear. To keep your jewelry looking and wearing beautifully, please refer to "How to care for my jewelry" in our FAQ here.
To initiate your warranty service, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of purchase from Jewels & Aces will be required and each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. At this time, international orders outside of the United States and Canada are not eligible for repairs given the shipping and customs.
