Our Warranty

Every piece purchased directly from our website comes with a one-year warranty from the purchase date.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and during this time, any jewelry with a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge. While this rarely happens, know that you're covered if it does.

Details

All our pieces are handmade and may include slight unique variations in color and size for our natural stones and pearls. Scratches through daily wear are expected as gold and silver is are soft metals. These are not considered manufacturer’s defects. 

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear including scratches, tarnishing or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care such as exposure to chemicals, or excessive force or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Jewels & Aces. 

Items repaired or altered by third parties and/or other jewelers  will void Jewels & Aces’ warranty. We do not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.

Our warranty applies exclusively to pieces in the original purchase. Products acquired using a warranty credit are not eligible for additional warranty coverage.

Items received from a promotion or campaign, including any gifts with purchase, are excluded from our warranty policy.

Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email our team via the link below and include your order number or original email address it was purchased under or include a copy of your receipt, along with a picture of the item, and a brief description of your claim. Please note that a proof of purchase is required for a claim. 

We will then walk you through and help with the warranty process. Please note that after a warranty submission is accepted, you will need to send back the impacted product to us for inspection and testing. A shipping label will be provided. 

After a warranty submission is approved, if the item is in stock, you will receive a replacement of the same item. If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item. Refunds will not be provided nor an exchange for a different item, size or material.
