Early holiday orders placed between November 15 - December 10 will have until January 10, 2025 to initiate and request a return. Please initiate a return by sending us an email at hello@jewelsandaces.com by this date. Besides the extended return date, all orders are subject to our regular return policy here. Orders placed on December 11 and after is eligible for our regular 30-day return policy here.

We offer DHL 2-3-day shipping to the U.S. and UPS 2-day shipping to Canada, which you can select at checkout. Please note remote locations may require 1-2 extra days.
