Shipping Dates: 

Please note our holiday shipping cut-off has passed. Our shipping deadlines for expected delivery by Dec 24 were: 

• United States - Standard: by Monday, December 16 by 12pm EST, Express: by Wednesday, December 18 by 12pm EST.
• Canada - Standard: by Tuesday, December 10, Express: by Thursday, December 12. More details here.

Returns and Exchanges: 

Early holiday orders placed between November 15 - December 10 will have until January 10, 2025 to initiate a return or exchange request. Please initiate your return/exchange by sending us an email at hello@jewelsandaces.com by Jan 10. Besides the extended return date, all orders are subject to our regular return policy here. 

Orders placed on December 11 and after are eligible for our regular 30-day return policy here.
