We try to keep consistent inventory all year round but because of all the love for The Earring Capsule we are sold out of the Solitaire Studs. The GOOD NEWS is that we have more inventory currently on route to us. The Solitaire Studs, The All-Star and other custom and curated sets that include them are currently available by pre-order and will ship by Feb 11. 

With a pre-order, you will receive them when our inventory comes back in stock. As they are currently on route to us, we expect to ship your pre-order by Feb 11.  

1. Order these studs or any sets containing them like a regular purchase. This is your pre-order. 

2. All items in your order are shipped together and are expected to ship within the shipping window provided. After you place your order, we will reach out to continually keep you updated.

Shipping window: Note that the expected shipping date is based on the best and current information provided from our shipping courier. We will do our best to fulfill orders by this date but ship times are not guaranteed and could be subject to change. In the event this occurs, we will be in touch with you regarding an updated shipping window for your order.

Cancelling your pre-order: If you place a pre-order and wish to cancel the order before the item has shipped to you, please reach to us at hello@jewelsandaces.com with your order number and we will cancel the order.

Returning a pre-order: Pre-ordered items are eligible for a return. Our return policy applies to all pre-ordered items.
